# All sales are final. There are no Refunds, Exchanges or Transfers allowed. In the event a show time is cancelled, refunds will be issued so please provide a valid phone number and email address so we can notify you.
# We reserve the right to release tickets and resell them if you have not checked-in by show time. Refunds are not issued.
# Due to contractual obligations with our performers and their representative agents, reselling or giving away unused tickets (paid, discounted or promotional) is prohibited in the building or on the building property.
# We want everyone attending to enjoy the show so heckling or talking while the comedian is on stage or generally disrupting the performance will result in immediate removal from the show room without refund.
# If you appear to be visibly intoxicated when you arrive, you will be denied entry and refunds will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
# Schedule is subject to change without notice. Refunds can not be issued for schedule changes when a peformer cancels due to weather, illness or any other natural disaster or uncontrollable event causing the change or in the event the Performer has been retained to appear in any motion picture, television motion picture, television series or a special, and/or any Las Vegas, Reno, Tahoe or Atlantic City type engagement.
# There is a $1.50 service fee per ticket assessed by the ticketing company for all purchases.
# WE DO NOT SHIP TICKETS. Print your ticket and receipt at the time of your web purchase. If you do not have a printer, simply present your ID when you check-in at the club.
# Everyone must be 18 years of age or older to attend. All guests MUST have a Current and Valid State or Government issued photo ID. Acceptable forms of ID are a State issued Drivers License, Military ID or Passport. Expired ID's are not acceptable.
# Doors open at 6:30pm for 7:30pm performances; 7:00pm for our 8:00pm performances; 9:15pm for our 9:45pm performances and 9:45pm for our 10:15pm performances. To ensure proper seating and efficient wait staff service please arrive at least 30-40 minutes prior to show time and check-in with everyone together in your party.
# PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME SHOW TIMES VARY FOR CERTAIN EVENTS. LOOK AT YOUR TICKET CAREFULLY. OUR BEST SUGGESTION IS TO ALWAYS ARRIVE AT LEAST 3O MINUTES PRIOR TO ALL SHOW TIMES.
# Valid Photo ID and the Credit Card you made the Reservation with must be presented to check-in. Tickets will only be released to the purchaser. If you wish to give tickets as a gift, please print them at the time of purchase.
# There is a Two Beverage minimum per guest/ticket in the showroom. The Ticket Price does not include the two beverage minimum cost. Any combination of Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic Beverages satisfies the beverage minimum. A two drink minimum service charge will be assessed to your beverage tab for anyone not in attendance in your group. Alcohol may not be consumed by anyone who is under 21 even if you're with a spouse or parent who is of age.
# This is a non smoking club.
# Coupon codes may have limited redemptions per show and must be entered at the time of checkout. If a coupon code you received does not work, the redemptions have reached the limit for that specific performance. We provide coupon codes only to subscribers via email or through our official online channels only (website, Twitter or Facebook). Coupon codes are show, date and time specific. Do not use coupon codes from any external websites.
