Michael Kosta is more than a pretty face. In fact, he hopes soon to be famous and forget all the little people. (Not really.) A Skyline Comedy favorite, Michael made his late-night TV debut on ”The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” and his half-hour Comedy Central Presents special aired this January. Michael has performed on Showtime, TBS, and appeared on E! Network’s “Chelsea Lately,” TruTV’s “Smoking Gun Presents,” FOX Sports Net and Comedy Central’s “Live at Gotham.” He’s also a Bob and Tom Radio Show veteran and a former professional tennis player.
Michael Kosta is an accomplished stand-up comedian, actor, host and former professional tennis player. He was most recently the co-host of Fox Sports 1’s series, Crowd Goes Wild, opposite Regis Philbin. Kosta is remembered for the successful segments “This Week in Punting,” “Questions out of Left Field,” “Stupid Sports Stuff You Can Actually Buy Online,” as well as a few ridiculous others.
Kosta gained attention as a comedian when he broke out of the HBO Comedy and Arts Festival in Aspen. He quickly relocated to Los Angeles where he began his television career; he is a regular on The Tonight Show, Chelsea Lately, and Conan. Kosta also guest-hosted Attack of the Show on the G4 Network and appears as a correspondent on E!’s The Soup Investigates, the Joel McHale’s produced spinoff of The Soup. He also starred in his own half hour special, Comedy Central Presents: Michael Kosta.
